Everything about Breach before you get early access: pricing, privacy, equipment, and how weekly adaptation works.
Breach is an iOS 16+ app in private beta now. App Store launch starts in the Netherlands, with iOS availability across the EU. Early access members get first access, the founding rate (€44.99/year vs €59.99/year standard, or €9.95/month) before it ends, and a direct line to the team during the beta. Public App Store launch follows shortly after.
A program that never changes cannot react to your week. Breach is a structured program that does: every Monday your next week recalibrates from what you logged. Complete everything and load goes up. Miss sets or a session and it holds or backs off. The program reads what you actually did, not a number you score yourself.
No. Breach handles periodization automatically. You pick a program structure (Push/Pull/Legs, Upper/Lower, etc.), set your frequency, and the system handles block structure, progressive overload, and deload timing. You just need to show up and log your sets.
Yes. You can switch programs at any time. Breach starts a fresh block from your last known performance data so the new program is not starting cold.
Full gym, home gym with a barbell, dumbbells only, or bodyweight. Equipment selection filters exercises and swaps at the program level, not just per workout.
The free tier covers structured logging against three fixed program templates at no cost. Adaptive adds weekly recalibration, deload suggestions, exercise swap intelligence, and deeper analytics: €9.95/month or €44.99/year at the founding rate (standard €59.99/year). New Adaptive annual subscribers get a 14-day free trial: you are not charged unless you keep it past the trial. The founding yearly rate is temporary; start the annual trial before it ends to keep it.
Your workout log is stored on your iPhone and synced to Supabase in the EU under your account. Sign in with Apple links your account so you can restore on a new device. Profile preferences also live in Supabase. The marketing site only stores beta signups and form submissions you send. Product analytics uses pseudonymous PostHog events in the EU; we do not sell personal data.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Refunds and cancellations are handled in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Breach cannot process refunds directly.
Not at launch. Each Apple ID needs its own subscription if you want Adaptive. Family Sharing for subscriptions may be evaluated after launch based on demand.
Breach watches for stalling performance and repeated missed or partial sessions. It suggests a deload week when warranted; you decide whether to take it. With no fatigue signals, most programs deload every four to six weeks by default.
Missed sessions reduce expected volume for the next generated week. There is no punitive make-up block. The engine adapts forward from what you actually did, not what was planned.
No Apple Watch companion at launch. Gym mode is phone-first on iOS 16+. No Android version by design; Breach is iOS-only so we can ship a focused lifting product before expanding platforms.
In the app, use Settings to export workout data or delete your account. Delete removes your Supabase auth and profile, erases your synced workout backup on our servers, and wipes local data on the device. PostHog may retain past pseudonymous analytics events tied to your user ID until retention expires; export/delete in-app does not erase historical analytics rows.
A small team focused on intermediate lifters who want structure without spreadsheet maintenance. We are in active beta. Feedback shapes what ships next.
